At BibNoNo, each piece is a unique, handcrafted art creation. To ensure the exclusivity and quality of our work, we apply the following return policy:

Return Period We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damages and Issues (Most Important) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@bibnono.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. As our items are handcrafted and often contain delicate materials (such as herbal beads and fine lace), we require photo evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.

Exclusions / Non-returnable Items Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted art dolls and personalized accessories, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "unwanted gifts." Items that cannot be returned include:

• Custom or personalized orders.

• Sale items and gift cards.

• Items showing signs of wear or intentional damage.

How to Start a Return If your return is accepted due to quality issues, please send the item to: 1500 N GRANT ST, STE 1500, DENVER, CO 80203, United States Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
